As the helicopter gently lifts off from our Victoria Avenue location (Canada side), the awe-inspiring views of the Niagara Region begin to appear below. We wouldn't want any picture-taking opportunity to be missed so cameras should be ready to go right from the start.

There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

- At no time will any two separate parties be allowed to fly within the same helicopter.
- The BH06 (4-seat) helicopter will be flown so social distancing and cabin separation can be accomplished more easily

Special Schedule Details
- Time shown on availability calendar is for booking purposes only. Flights begin at 9 am and take off every 10 minutes until 5 pm in the winter months and 7 pm in the summer months.
- Flight times are not guaranteed until you call after booking to reconfirm your reservation. Details will be provided in your E-Ticket.
- This tour does not operate on Christmas Day, December 25.
Itinerary
Beginning with the Sir Adam Beck Generating plant and the Niagara Parks Commission School of Horticulture, the tour follows the Niagara River from the Whirlpool area, over the Whirlpool Rapids and the Rainbow Bridge. The green grass and floral beauty of Queen Victoria Park stretches below as the helicopter passes by the American Falls and the Skylon Tower. Just when it looks as if you may reach the Minolta Tower, the helicopter begins to change direction as if following the curve of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls! Rainbows appear and disappear from all directions. The helicopter begins to level off and continue along the route back to base.
Very Important US-Canada Border Crossing Information
Neither Canada nor the USA will allow any person to cross an international border who does not have the proper documentation to return across that border. Everyone from every country arriving in Canada or the USA by air, land or sea now needs a passport or equivalent travel document. Equivalent travel documents include:
- Nexus Card: A partnership between the Canada and U.S. border services that pre-approves entry for travelers by land, sea or air between Canada and U.S. An added benefit is designated and faster lanes at border crossings and airports. Application process involves interview and fingerprinting. Both U.S. and Canadian citizens apply through U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
- US Passport Card: This U.S. Department of State-issued ID is valid for entry into Canada by land or sea, though not valid for international air travel.
- Enhanced Driver's License (EDL): EDLs indicate both citizenship and identity and are valid for entry into Canada by land or sea, though not valid for international air travel. As of January 2009, EDLs were only available in Washington and New York states, but were planned for Vermont as well. See individual state licensing departments for more info.
- Fast/Express Card: This U.S. Customs and Border Protection program pre-approves commercial truck drivers for travel between the U.S. and Canada.
Children ages 18 and under are required to present proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate - passports, of course, are also acceptable. If one parent is traveling with a minor child without the other parent, they must also have a notarized letter from the absent parent stating approval for the one parent to travel across the US-Canada border with the child.
